Recruitment
Assistance |
| The WNYESC supports school districts that are looking for leaders,
whether that be for superintendents, central office staff,
business officials or principals. The Council communicates
on a regular basis with a huge network of administrators,
not only in Western New York, but also throughout the state.
The Council will assist districts with advertising, recruiting,
screening, reference checking and the actual selection process.
The Council also has regular contact with a network of successful,
retired administrators who can serve in an interim capacity
while districts search for a permanent person. |
