At the request of school districts, the WNYESC
conducts workshops for Boards of Education and Administration on goal
setting, board/superintendent roles and relationships, team building,
or any other topic that needs independent facilitation.

WNYESC sponsors
workshops to assist school board members in fulfilling their roles and
responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Also offered are School
Board Institutes, which provide a forum for school districts throughout
Western New York to discuss concerns, share ideas, and get advice from
some of the areas's outstanding scholars and researchers on current
topics in the field of education.
