Superintendent searches for Boards of Education are coordinated though the Western New York Educational Service Council. Secretarial services, extensive candidate recruitment, credential reviews and on-site consultation are provided for Boards in their process for hiring a new school superintendent.

The Western New York Educational Service Council contracts with school districts for recruitment and secretarial services in the selection process of their new Superintendent of Schools. An average of 20 sets of credentials are reviewed for each search before the school district's Board of Education reaches their final decision for a new Superintendent of Schools.
