The construction of the master schedule is a vital skill central to an effective building leader. The schedule is a powerful tool that allocates the two. most important resources: time and staff. It conveys great power over what leaders view as critical to their students' experience. While it is a powerful leadership tool, it needs to follow a well-thought out and executed process to ensure that it puts kids into classes while honoring the many other factors that are impacted by it.
