At its May 2026 meeting, the Board of Directors approved a second reading of revisions to its by-laws. These revisions established three "at-large" Board memberships, an Operating Committee of Board members and two new leadership positions- Director of Programming and Director of Consultation.
The Board will begin to operationalize these changes at its July meeting.
